7 signs it’s time to quit social media

Social media can be fun, inspiring, and a great way to stay connected—until it’s not. Let’s be honest: sometimes, scrolling through Instagram or TikTok doesn’t feel like a vibe; it feels like a trap. If social media has started to mess with your mood, productivity, or sanity, it might be time to take a break.
